Brandy Shireman

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Brandy Shireman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mission-Minded Solutions, a woman veteran-owned behavioral health government contractor focused on supporting federal, state, and local agencies through behavioral health workforce solutions, telebehavioral health services, and mission-focused implementation support. 


A veteran of the United States Army, Brandy served for 12 years and two tours as a Motor Transport Operator in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Her military experience instilled a deep appreciation for operational excellence, accountability, resilience, and service—principles that continue to guide Mission-Minded's approach to supporting government partners today.


Following her military service, Brandy built her career in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, developing expertise in workforce development, healthcare partnerships, business development, and government-focused behavioral health initiatives. She has worked with healthcare organizations, public-sector partners, and veteran-serving programs to strengthen access to care and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.


Driven by both professional experience and personal conviction, Brandy is committed to advancing solutions that strengthen resilience, recovery, and long-term wellness for veterans, service members, military families, and public-sector communities.


Through Mission-Minded Solutions, she combines veteran leadership, behavioral health expertise, and mission-driven strategy to help government agencies access scalable, responsive, and compliant behavioral health support solutions.


Vishal Adma, M.D.

Psychiatric Medical Advisor & Founding Partner

Dr. Vishal Adma is a board-certified psychiatrist and experienced healthcare executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning behavioral health, psychiatric services, healthcare operations, clinical quality, and physician leadership.


Throughout his career, Dr. Adma has served in executive, clinical, academic, and advisory roles, including behavioral health program leadership, healthcare system oversight, physician education, and healthcare quality improvement initiatives. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology and has served as a physician surveyor for The Joint Commission and Joint Commission International, evaluating healthcare systems and quality standards both nationally and internationally.


Dr. Adma completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and has held faculty appointments supporting the education and development of future physicians. His experience includes psychiatric program development, clinical operations, behavioral health workforce leadership, and healthcare strategy across diverse care settings.


As Mission-Minded's Psychiatric Medical Advisor and Founding Partner, Dr. Adma provides clinical insight, behavioral health expertise, and strategic guidance that help ensure the organization's solutions remain responsive, clinically informed, and aligned with the needs of government and public-sector partners.
